Hi, I’m Kelly Jarvis – personal trainer, certified Pilates instructor, and passionate advocate for women’s strength, health, and confidence. With over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry and an honours degree in Sport Science, I specialise in helping women over 40 build resilience, strength, and confidence.
My unique approach combines strength training, Pilates principles, and cross-training to create time-efficient workouts that help you move better and feel strong, capable, and confident in your skin. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to take your training to the next level,

I started with Kelly Jarvis fitness at the age of 53 to build strength and improve flexibility. Within months my core was stronger than ever, my flexibility and stability improved dramatically, and I had less hip pain. Best of all, I’ve seen a real difference in my cycling performance.
I never really liked the gym! And one year ago I joined the gym and to my delight found Kelly as my personal trainer! She is kind and sweet and caring and intentional. She focuses on women’s health with regards to weight training and Pilates type exercises which was excatly what I was searching for! I have enjoyed every session with her. My mantra is that I train to travel. I recently had to make a run for it with two heavy suitcases to catch a departing train. This is something I would not have been able to do without injury two years ago. I knew that weight/resistance training is crucial at my age (50 something), but I had no idea how to get started, especially with my wonky knee. With Kelly’s help, I have come to enjoy my weight training sessions. I am enjoying the process, and I am loving the results: I get to switch off from work and feel stronger and more energised after our sessions. Not only have I lost fat and built muscle, my wonky knee has improved to the point where I can be more active (even playing Padel) and less afraid of injury. I found that it is good to have someone waiting for me at the gym, because I tend to get stuck behind my desk. The functional training that I do with Kelly helps me stay strong and active for the travels that lie ahead.
